Reverie

The title provides a perfect description of this gorgeous piano solo. The piece is gentle and peaceful, creating a sense of calm. Rocherolle creates an impressionistic wash of color with the flair of Liszt and the mood of Debussy. The left hand flows in harp-like sixteenths with the right hand singing beautifully above. This is Rocherolle in a melodic, reflective mood. It is fine music, a wonderful Debussy-eske experience.
