The SARABANDE is the third movement of George Frideric Handel's (1685-1759) OBOE CONCERTO in G minor, HWV 287, composed around 1704-1705. Robert M. Barr has transposed this movement to the key of F minor. Versions for bassoon, clarinet, alto clarinet, alto saxophone, tenor saxophone, baritone saxophone, cornet/trumpet, trombone, baritone (B.C./T.C.), tuba, and double string bass, all with piano accompaniment, are available from the publisher.
