Using a careful mix of convolution and physical modeling, the Tape Machine Collection line of plug-ins  re-creates the complex interplay of machine, tape, and audio to capture even the smallest detail of 4 iconic tape machines.

The Tape Machine 99 is modeled on the Revox PR99, a stereo recorder produced by Studer in the 1980s.  Similar to the A80 but with more modern electronics, the fantastic head design offers the flattest frequency response of the 4 T-RackS Tape Machine series, especially on bass.  A standard for broadcast and classical music, it can also add a useful low-fi feel when used at lower speed.

Each Tape Machine plug-in offers controls over tape speed, head selection, record bias, and other common controls, as well as exclusive features like "true stereo" to re-create the subtle differences between left and right on a real analog machine, and IK`s powerful new transport modeling, which captures the realistic wow and flutter of each machine.
