The Tape Machine 80 is modeled on the legendary Studer A80, produced from 1970 to 1988, has been called “the” European tape machine from this time period.  More commonly used for multi-tracking, the A80 is subtle, not aggressive, with fully-discrete circuitry that adds a shine and glue to your tracks that will add a smooth and refined sound.

Comprehensive controls

Each Tape Machine plug-in offers controls over tape speed, head selection, record bias, and other common controls, as well as exclusive features like "true stereo" to re-create the subtle differences between left and right on a real analog machine, and IK`s powerful new transport modeling, which captures the realistic wow and flutter of each machine.
