Watchnight

WATCHNIGHT is, in many ways, a traditional Christmas Eve service, with all of the moments that have defined similar services over the years; quiet music, children reading the Christmas Story, candlelight and communion. But this musical worship time is a quiet celebration of waiting, a rekindling of the child's soul in all of us, a reminder that the mystery and magic of God's plan for Christmas Day is still alive...if we will see it again through the eyes of a child. Walk through WATCHNIGHT with an open heart, let your childlike soul be "led home" through the singing of carols, and the hearing of the Christmas Story, enacted by children. Share the Lord's Supper and the lighting of candles to welcome the Child. Know that the Child of Bethlehem wishes to have the child of your soul holding His hand.
